All About Me

Welcome to my practice! As a native Arizonan and a passionate advocate for helping others, I bring a wealth of experience from my time as a combat medic in the US Army to my counseling sessions. Holding a master's in clinical counseling, I specialize in guiding adults through life transitions and helping individuals manage anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, BPD, and PTSD. My approach combines directness with compassion and a touch of lightheartedness, all aimed at helping you live authentically and purposefully.
