The Butterfly Model of Healing
At United Healing Services, our work is grounded in the belief that transformation happens in stages, much like the life cycle of a butterfly. Growth is not immediate, and meaningful change often requires moving through difficult or uncertain phases.
We recognize that the therapy process can be challenging. At the same time, it can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. With the right support, those challenges can lead to greater resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
We believe that every individual has the capacity for transformation. Our role is to provide a supportive, grounded environment where you can navigate that process at your own pace, building the insight, skills, and confidence needed to create lasting change.

Christina Blair, LPC, CCTP
Owner - Therapist
I am an Arizona native with deep roots. I have an approach that recognizes our experiences can be held not only in our thoughts, but also in the body. I incorporate grounding and body-based practices to help clients reconnect with themselves, build a greater sense of safety, and gently release trauma and emotions the body may be holding.
Prior to private practice, I worked as a combat medic in the Army. I also currently work with the Department of Corrections as a Psychology Associate, providing mental health services within a correctional setting. These specialty areas have been rewarding and have given me great experience working with an array of individuals.
I am a seasoned therapist that holds compassion, honesty, and appropriate humor into the therapeutic space. I love to help clients gain insight, develop practical tools, and create life-long stability. I create space for healing that goes beyond simply talking about what happened, helping clients feel more present, connected, and at home within themselves.

Originally from Michigan (go Red Wings), I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe clients should feel supported, understood, and actively involved in the therapeutic process.
I work with children, teens, adults, and geriatric clients navigating depression, anxiety, personality disorders, substance use, insomnia, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level II (CCTP-II), and received specialized training at the Phoenix VA in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
I have a history working with individuals who have diverse and complex needs. As a Psychology Associate at the Department of Corrections, I actively work with trauma informed care.
My style is straightforward yet compassionate, and I value humor when appropriate. I strive to create an approachable space where clients can better understand themselves, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful change.
